Description
The Manager of Quality Management Systems (QMS) will partner with the plant leadership team to help develop and sustain a culture of quality. The Manager of QMS is also responsible for Metrology Lab (2 employees), Quality Tool Trainer (1) and Control of Production Inspection (1). The initial challenge for this Greenfield Operation (new plant) will be to develop, deploy and ensure compliance to a robust Quality Management System meeting internal, customer, and regulatory requirements, ultimately gaining IATF 16949 certification.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) with Engineering in conjunction with advanced quality-planning activities and monitor the status throughout production life
Assure compliance of the documented quality system (IATF 16949) and promote consistency throughout the organization
Plan and Coordinate the Layered Process Audit system with all plant departments including corrective action to ensure Non-Conformities are closed on time
Ownership of plant metrology and Gage Repeatability & Reproducibility (R&R) including documentation and training of staff
Develop, implement, and approve new procedures while maintaining the plant Quality Documentation system, including Quality manual, procedures and work instructions
Selection and development of internal product, process, and system auditors
Point of contact for external auditors including coordination of IATF 16949 auditor and communication from opening to closing of Non-Conformity Report
Prepare and maintain documentation for customer Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)
Utilize Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T) and product drawings for investigating quality defects
Qualifications
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
5 years' Automotive Manufacturing Industry
3 years' experience in Quality Management Systems, preferably with IATF or ISO 16949 Lead Auditor Certification
2 years' people management experience

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
