Description
In this role, you will manage and direct the operations of an assigned Manufacturing area within our Tire Plant. You will ensure efficient delivery and quality of products and services to clients. Responsible for setting and meeting goals and budget plan of Cost, Quality, Speed, Safety, and Talent Management. Manage up to 100 people within the department.
Involved in planning of Capital Expenditures and Process Improvements. Assures adherence to plant procedures and policies.
Core Responsibilities
Run Department day to day operations maintaining efficient low cost, high quality output
Manage Budget Planning/Product Delivery
Responsible for Budget Planning and Accomplishment
Responsible for Cost Reduction
Analyze BOB Process and Machine vs. Actual
Analyze Gaps in BOB Process and Propose Capital Investment to close Gaps
Manage Capital Expenditures
Delivery of production to downstream customer to meet budget
Support process improvements
Manage Quality / Uniformity of materials
Manage Projects including planning and implementation within area
Lead a cross-functional team within department
Manage, Communicate and review performance of direct Reports
Responsible for talent management and employee retention
Reduction of Process Variation
Support Quality Improvements and defective product
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related field
7+ years manufacturing experience; 5 years of supervision
Has successfully managed challenging times. Has demonstrated tenacity / persistence
Has track record of success
Strong Leadership Skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Tire Manufacturing

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
