Measure, weigh, chop, slice, boil, bake and mix a variety of product.
Package, weigh, label and merchandise product.
Stage product for shipment to stores.
Load and unload crescores.
Complete and track shipments by entering quantities shipped into computer system.
Prepare special orders to ensure guest specifications are met.
Identify daily production needs.
Assist cooks.
Clean and sanitize department including equipment, work areas, containers and utensils.
Follow safe food handling and personal hygiene practices.
Follow safety practices.
Receive, rotate, date and store department deliveries.
Record all waste to ensure accurate shrink information.
Adhere to all Busch's policies, practices and procedures.
Build strong working relationships with guests, vendors and associates.
Exemplify key concepts of hospitality when interacting with guests.
Skills & Requirements Requirements:
High school diploma Food safety certification Proficient culinary skills, including the ability to follow recipes, work with knives, create appealing product and determine product quality Proficient cleaning abilities to meet sanitation and visual standards Busch's is a family owned premier grocery retailer with multiple stores in Southeast Michigan.
